ดาคอนฯ สาธิต “เทคนิคการโรยตัวเพื่อการตรวจสอบ”

          เมื่อเร็วๆนี้ บริษัท ดาคอน อินสเป็คชั่น เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด ผู้นำในการตรวจสอบทางวิศวกรรม ได้จัดงานสาธิต ประเทศไทยประเทศไทยUnithai Shipyard;เทคนิคการโรยตัวเพื่อการตรวจสอบ (Rope Access)ประเทศไทยประเทศไทยปิโตรเคมี; ให้แก่กลุ่มผู้นำทางด้านพลังงานและปิโตรเคมีชั้นนำของประเทศไทย อาทิ PTT Maintenance and Engineering, SCG group, Dow group, Rayong Engineering and Plant Service (REPCO), UBE Chemical (Asia), PURAC (Thailand), CR Asia (Thailand), Unithai Shipyard and Engineering (UTSE) และ Star Petroleum Refining (SPRC).
          เทคนิคการโรยตัว พัฒนามาจากการปีนเขาและถ้ำ เราใช้เทคนิคนี้เพื่อที่จะช่วยให้พนักงานสามารถที่จะทำงานในที่สูง และที่ที่เข้าถึงได้ยาก โดยไม่ต้องพึ่งนั่งร้าน และเครื่องยกหรือเปลต่างๆ พนักงานของบริษัทดาคอน ได้รับการรับรองและปฎิบัติตามมาตรฐาน ความปลอดภัยของ IRATA International สามารถประยุกต์ใช้กับการตรวจสอบเกือบทุกชนิด ประกอบกับเทคนิคการโรยตัวเป็นการประหยัดเวลาและค่าใช้จ่ายของลูกค้า จึงอยู่ควบคู่กับการตรวจสอบมาเป็นเวลานาน เพราะว่าไม่มีเครื่องจักร หรือ เปล ชนิดใดที่มีความสามารถ ในการเดินทางตามท่อโครงสร้างได้ดีกว่านักโรยตัว การตรวจสอบผ่านการโรยตัวช่วยให้เราสามารถเข้าใกล้จุดตรวจสอบมากขึ้นในทุก ๆ พื้นที่ของโครงสร้าง
          นอกจากนี้ ดาคอนยังสาธิตเทคนิคการตรวจสอบแบบอื่นๆอีกด้วย อาทิ การตรวจสอบด้วยระบบกระแสไฟฟ้าไหลวนบนพื้นผิว (Eddy Current Testing) การตรวจสอบด้วยคลื่นเสียงอัลตร้าโซนิค (TOFD) และ การตรวจสอบด้วยคลื่นเสียงอัลตร้าโซนิคแบบเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง ( Phased Array) และดาคอนยังตั้งเป้าหมายที่จะเป็นศูนย์ฝึกอบรมการโรยตัวที่ได้รับการรับรองจากสถาบัน IRATA ในอนาคตอันใกล้นี้ด้วย
