ดาคอนโชว์เทคโนโลยีใหม่ในงานสัมนา “Innovative Efficiency Improvement and Maintenance in Power Plants”

          บริษัท ดาคอนฯโชว์ศักยภาพของเทคโนโลยีใหม่ XL Go camera และการตรวจสอบด้วยวีธีกระแสไฟฟ้าไหลวน (Eddy Current Testing) ในงานสัมนา Innovative Efficiency Improvement and Maintenance in Power Plant จัดขึ้นที่โรงแรม อมารี ออร์คิด พัทยา ซึ่งได้รับการตอบรับเป็นอย่างดีจากบริษัทที่ผู้เข้าร่วมสัมนา อาทิ กลุ่มบริษัท PTT, กลุ่มบริษัท SCG, Unithai Shipyard and Engineering (UTSE), BLCP และบริษัทชั้นนำต่างๆ
          งานสัมนาดังกล่าว ดาคอนได้นำ XL Go camera นวัตกรรมใหม่ล่าสุดของการตรวจสอบด้วยระบบกล้อง (RVI) มาแสดง XL Go เป็นกล้องวีดีโอภาพสี ขนาด 6.กลุ่มบริษัท มิลลิเมตร สายสัญญาณยาว 5 เมตร สามารถเข้าตรวจภายในหัวฉีด หลุม และรางต่างๆ ที่มีขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 8 มิลลิเมตรขึ้นไป บริเวณปลายของกล้องสามารถรับ สัญญาณจากรีโมทคอนโทรล เพื่อใช้ในการควบคุมทิศทาง การมองเห็น ไม่ว่าจะไปด้านหน้าหรือด้านข้าง ส่วนตัว ของกล้องเองมีความยืดหยุ่นพอสมควร จึงสามารถที่จะ ถูกดันผ่านจุดหักเห ส่วนโค้งงอ หรือสิ่งกีดขวางต่างๆ ได้ ด้านหน้ากล้องมีวงแหวน LED ให้แสงสว่างเพื่อช่วยในการมองเห็นภายในอีกด้วย
          นอกจากนี้ยังได้แสดงการตรวจสอบด้วยวีธีกระแสไฟฟ้าไหลวน (Eddy Current Testing) เป็นเทคนิคที่ นิยมนำมาใช้กันมากในปัจจุบัน สำหรับงานตรวจสอบท่อขนาดเล็ก (Turbular) เป็นวิธีการตรวจสอบที่รวดเร็ว และให้ผลการตรวจสอบที่แม่นยำ นอกจากนี้การ ทดสอบโดยวิธีการไหลวนยังสามารถทดสอบกับวัสดุที่ไม่ใช่เหล็ก เช่น ทองแดง, ทองแดงผสมนิเกล, อลูมิเนียม, และสแตนเลส สามารถตรวจสอบจุด บกพร่องได้ทั้งด้านในและด้านนอกของท่อขนาดเล็ก
          ทั้งนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมสัมนา ได้รับความรู้และความเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยีล่าสุดเป็นอย่างดีอย่าง ทั้ง XL Go camera และ ตรวจสอบด้วยวีธีกระแสไฟฟ้าไหลวน ซึ่งเป็นเทคนิคการตรวจสอบที่สำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่งในโรงไฟฟ้า
