Bangkok Bank Director and Senior Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary Kobsak Pootrakool said the resolution was adopted at the meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited (the "Bank") No. 2/2025 on February 20, 2025. The Bank approved the dividend payment for the operating results of the year 2024, which was derived from retained earnings, and resolved it to be paid at the rate of 8.50 baht per ordinary share, totaling 16,255,164,599 baht. The dividend yield per net profit was 37.69%, a part of which was paid as an interim dividend at the rate of 2.00 baht per ordinary share on September 20, 2024. The remaining amount will be paid on May 9, 2025 at the rate of 6.50 baht per ordinary share. The record date for determining the shareholders who have the right to receive the dividend payment is April 24, 2025.
