CEO of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd Paul Kanjanapas who owns HEI YIN Chinese restaurant and Hong Kong Fisherman along with many other businesses said that he is delighted to partner with Gaysorn Village to debut "HEIYIN X Gaysorn Celebrates Chinese New Year 2025" at the elegant rooftop space with a stunning sunset backdrop on the 19th floor of this luxury shopping center.

Since Lunar New Year foods tend to be considerably meaningful, and Asians are superstitious, we pay extra attention to the foods we eat on the Lunar New Year. They will invite prosperity. Two executive chefs - Chan Kwok Hung at HEI YIN Chinese restaurant and Chow Tai Shing at Hong Kong Fisherman - cook up special auspicious menu items that signify good fortune.

The special auspicious dishes, crafted by the executive chefs Jackie and Chow, feature assorted Hor d'Oeuvres comprising chilled drunken chicken, which attracts abundance and prosperity; chilled jellyfish salad with Shanghai chili sauce for longevity; chilled boneless pork knuckle for wealth; Hong Kong style Yu Sheng lobster sashimi salad for authorities; and last but not least premium fish maw soup with morel mushroom in supreme broth soup for wealth and abundance.

For the main courses, guests will enjoy steamed pearl grouper in a superior soya sauce, symbolizing abundance; braised dried scallop and black sea moss with Chinese mushroom and oyster sauce for wealth; and assorted meat fried rice wrapped in lotus leaf for family unity. Sesame dumpling in hot ginger syrup and glutinous rick cake for the dessert, symbolizing progress, advancement, and growth.
