Created by Hong Kong native Executive Chef Jackie Chan, a culinary maestro with over 40 years of experience, the Chinese New Year specials are priced at 320++ - 48,888++ baht and available from 28 January - 2 February 2025.
Celebrate with family and friends over a feast of exquisite and auspicious Cantonese dishes. The a la carte menu features 11 special items, each available in two serving sizes. Highlights include "Abalone Prosperity Toss 'Bao Yu Yu Sheng'" (4,800 and 8,800 baht), a Chinese New Year classic featuring large abalones paired with various ingredients, symbolizing wealth and prosperity, and "Salmon Prosperity Toss 'Yu Sheng'" (2,500 and 4,800 baht), a symbolic salad made with premium salmon and fresh vegetables. Before eating, toss the salad together, raising the chopsticks high and shouting "Lou Hei" for good luck in the new year. Next, "Prosperity Treasure Pot" (2,000 and 3,800 baht) consists of auspicious ingredients including abalone, scallop, shrimp, and sea cucumber. Other exquisite dishes are "Whole Abalone Stuffed with Minced Shrimp and Crab Paste" (880 baht), "Stir-fried Hokkaido Scallops with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce" (880 and 1,680 baht), "Japanese Conpoy Stuffed Winter Melon Ring and Oyster Sauce" (880 baht), "Sauteed Snow Fish with Scrambled Milk Egg Whites" (980 baht), "Fried Sticky Rice with Chinese Sausage in Golden Taro Nest" (780 and 1,500 baht), "Deep-fried Crab Craws Stuffed with Minced Shrimps Wrapped with Kataifi Pastry" (400 baht), "Stewed Crispy Pork Belly with Lotus Root and Steamed Mantou" (780 baht) and "Milk Custard Koi Fish and Deep-fried Sesame Balls with Lotus Seed Paste Filling" (320 baht), symbolizing smoothness and happiness.
For the Chinese New Year set menu for 10 persons, there are three options available and each set consists of eight auspicious dishes. First, the "Golden Year of Fortune" set menu (28,888++ baht) include "Salmon Prosperity Toss", "Braised Shark Fin Soup with Shredded Chicken", "Lychee Wood Roasted Peking Duck", "Prosperity Treasure Pot", "Deep-Fried Crab Claw Stuffed with Minced Shrimp Wrapped with Katafi Pastry", "Steamed Pearl Grouper", "Fried Sticky Rice with Chinese Sausage in Golden Taro Nest", and "Milk Custard Koi Fish and Deep-fried Sesame Balls with Lotus Seed Paste Filling".
Next, the "Eternal Prosperity" set menu (38,888++ baht) comprises "Red Grouper Prosperity Toss", an imperial dish made with deep-sea red grouper, symbolizing abundance, "Braised Shark Fin Soup with Crab Meat", "Lychee Wood Roasted Hong Kong Style Suckling Pig", "Braised Whole Abalone with Goose Webs in Abalone Sauce", "Shrimp Ball in Crab Roe Sauce with Asparagus Stuffed Bamboo Fungus", "Crystal Mantis Shrimp with Salt and Chili", "Fried Sticky Rice with Chinese Sausage in Golden Taro Nest", and "Milk Custard Koi Fish and Deep-fried Sesame Balls with Lotus Seed Paste Filling".
