FPT appoints Managing Director of FIRM to drive strong growth for FTREIT

Mr. Bhumpharn is a visionary leader with a clear management outlook, well-suited for today's rapidly evolving and challenging business environment, having more than 15 years of expertise and experience in industrial real estate, asset management, trust management, and extensive knowledge in finance and investment, from Frasers Property Thailand and leading financial institutions.

Prior to being appointed Managing Director of FIRM, Mr. Bhumpharn held several key positions at Frasers Property Thailand, including Senior Vice President of Asset Management for the Industrial Business at Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited. In this role, he strategically supported the solid growth of the company's industrial portfolio, including factories and warehouses for rent. He also previously served as Vice President of Investment and Investor Relations at FIRM, where he effectively managed asset investments, and enabled effective communications on the REIT's strategy and performance with investors.

Frasers Property Thailand is confident that Mr. Bhumpharn as Managing Director of FIRM will lead the trust to achieve maximum efficiency, maintaining high occupancy rates in the portfolio, driving asset growth under management, and diversifying long-term revenue sources.
