Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa Receives Recognition in 2016 Careers@Hilton Live: Youth in Hospitality Month Award
Winners were identified from a pool of 4,726 hotels across three categories - creativity, engagement and commitment to impacting young people. Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa received an award for their creative approach in achieving this goal and received money to further contribute to their community projects.
The hotel hosted a Hospitality day and invited 22Hilton Worldwide students from Phuket Vocational College. Students were given an opportunity to engage in operational departments with role plays to demonstrate handling guest interactions like check-in at the reception, conducting site inspections; sessions showcasing table set-ups, laying of buffet were conducted giving students a chance to experience a daily work life at a Hilton Hotel.
