Award winning luxury lifestyle resort, Indigo Pearl in Phuket had the pleasure of hosting the wedding of Miss World 2007 Zhang Zilin’s wedding to Neil Nie on 12th July 2013.
Indigo Pearl was privileged to welcome Zhang Zilin’s closest family and friends to take part in an intimate and joyous three day celebration with the wedding couple at the spectacular Bill Bensley designed resort.
Zilin and Neil’s wedding journey started with an early morning picturesque beachside
wedding ceremony at Nai Yang Beach and National Park, a 10 minute drive from the

Special touches added to the magical evening including chefs performing a live culinary theatre of Phuket seafood dishes and imported U.S.A. beef as well as local delights were the highlight. The Wedding Dinner took place the following day opening with a cocktail reception at the newest Dirty Monstera private nightclub at Indigo Pearl. Guests were later invited to Black Ginger, showcase authentic Siam flavours in a master piece of ancient Thai design house floating on its own private island overlooking a sea of lily pads all to enjoy the best Thai delicacies.
Zilin and Neil enjoyed an especially memorable holiday at Indigo Pearl last year which led to the decision to return for their wedding. Zilin shared, “My husband and I love the resort a lot and we were very pleased to come back. We have highly appreciated the effort made by Kelly and his professional team to provide us with the most wonderful experience and service with every detail carefully thought out. Everyone at Indigo Pearl has shared our vision for the day to help me to achieve my dream wedding. Nothing was too much trouble. Our invited guests have enjoyed this specially prepared celebration and holiday tremendously ensuring a lasting memory for everyone.”
