Seal the deal: Focus Development entrusted Colliers to sell new Condo “Focus@Ploenchit”
Mr. Anucha Sihanatkathakul (right), Executive Chairman of Focus Development and Construction Public Company Limited appointed Colliers International Thailand as sole agent for Focus@Ploenchit, a condominium in Sukhumvit Soi 2. Mr. Simon Landy (middle), Executive Chairman of Colliers International Thailand signed the deal. Mr. Monchai Orawongpaisan (left), Associate Director of Project Sales & Marketing was presence for this occasion at Focus Development and Construction Public Company Limited, Alma Link Building. The project value is approximately THB 800 million and expected to be launched in Q3 this year.
