Colliers International Wins Top Thailand Property Awards 2012

Colliers International Thailand emerged the big agency winner at the Thailand Property Awards 2012, regarded as the “Oscars” of the property industry in Thailand.
Colliers picked up 6 awards, including 3 “Best” and 3 “Highly Commended” awards, announced at the recent Gala Dinner at the Dusit Thani Hotel. “Each year we have picked up more awards, but this year truly marks our coming of age,” remarked Simon Landy, Colliers’ Executive Chairman. “Colliers is a relative newcomer into the Bangkok market, but in Thailand and throughout Asia we have emerged as the fastest growing agency business.”
The Thailand awards follow the recent accolade of Best Advisor and Consultant (Agency/Letting and Resaerch) in Asia in the Euromoney 2012 Real Estate Awards, climbing from 6th place last year to 1st this September.
Colliers was awarded Best Property Consultancy, Best Residential Agent (Eastern Seaboard) and Best Residential Agent (Hua Hin) this year. It also won “Highly Commended” in the Best Residential Agent (Bangkok), Best Commercial Agent and Best Property Management Company categories. The firm also won a Best Property Consultancy award at the International Property Awards, Asia Pacific, in Kuala Lumpur in April this year.
