On 4 Oct 2012, CMMU International Program co-hosted the ASEAN Symposium on topic “AEC 2015 and Beyond. Human Capital Implications” with Wall Street Institute at Grand Ballroom, Sofitel Sukhumvit Hotel. The conference was well received with over 250 Thai and expatriate participants from many organizations in Thailand.
The objectives of the conference were to raise awareness on the human capital implications for Thai and International companies regarding AEC 2015 and to propose solutions for recruitment, training and retention of employees in the framework of AEC 2015.
The conference commenced with a welcome speech from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Annop Tanlamai, Dean of CMMU, followed by an interactive panel discussion, moderated by Ms. Tana Akson, MD of AMROP, with five distinguished panelists from both business and government sectors.
