Mr. Soammaphat Traisorat, CEO & MD, together with Mrs. Wallapa Traisorat, Executive Director of TCC Capital Land presented the two awards of Thailand Property Awards 2009: Best Developer, the greatest of all categories, and Best Housing Development Bangkok for The Royal Residence. The award presentation has been recently held at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel. The two awards are regarded as the 17th & 18th recognition since the company has been established.
