Nominations for the eleventh annual Telecom Asia Readers' Choice Awards were made by 78 analysts, consultants and high-level industry executives. Telecom Asia's editorial team then selected finalists for each of the categories, and opened the voting to its online subscriber base of service providers across Asia.
