CONFIDENCE IN SERVICE

Bangkok--18 Mar--Francom Asia

Wall Street Institute makes 2008 the Year of Service Bangkok, March 10, 2008 – Wall Street Institute has invested 12 million baht to augment the school’s service by implementing the Customer Fidelity Plan (CFP), a program used to effectively track each individual student’s learning progress. The seven steps of the plan are designed to enable staff to take better care of their students throughout their time at Wall Street Institute. By closely monitoring each student’s progress at every step, staff are able to cater to individuals’ needs. The program starts the moment the student registers at WSI, tracking the student’s progression from the first lesson through to the end of each level. All the students’ activities and attendance, including lab sessions and social club events, are recorded systematically, ensuring up-to-date monitoring of individuals’ progress. With CFP, Wall Street Institute projects that more students will complete 3 levels while the number of students enrolling for only 1 will decrease by 80%. Each student will be taken care of by 2 WSI staff – a Personal Tutor and an Educational Consultant: both give them encouragement and personalized advice on any problems they have while learning. By closely interacting with students in this manner, WSI staff receive feedback on how to optimize the learning experience for each individual. “In 2008, we will focus on executing our vision of making WSI the best language school for adults in Thailand by enhancing our service. Our success will be measured by how quickly and conveniently our students speak English with confidence and achieve their dream’” said Mr. Michel Le Quellec, Director of Wall Street Institute (Thailand). The CFP has seen notable results in Wall Street Institute schools in Europe, and will be implemented in up to 30 countries within the year. In addition to the 12 million baht investment, Wall Street Institute (Thailand) plans to recruit more Personal Tutors and expects the number of enrollments to reach 20,000 in 2008. About the Wall Street Institute: Wall Street Institute is one of the premiere global brands in the English language instruction market with a 35-year track record of educating more than a million students worldwide.
