Mr. Nakrop Niamnamtham , Managing Director, nForce Security Systems AP Co., Ltd., the leader in the security system supplier in Thailand, said that in 2012 the company has achieved the business success as planned. This is because the company has earned trust from both public and private sectors to look after big projects, The company also receives good cooperation from NForce partners and business allies. This year, the company expects to grow by 22 per cent. It is expected that by the end of 2012, the company will achieve the revenue of Bt340 million. In 2012, the company has implemented the customer centric policy. The company’s marketing plan focuses on finding new solutions and new partners to add the alternatives and respond to the needs of the customers. This is because currently the partners are looking for the business which can be the center of IT security. Therefore, the company must offer all related services and products for the customers to serve companies and organizations at every size. The company has planned to expand to the SME companies to present products and services to cover all targeted groups because IT security is an important element for all companies and organizations. The company has so far targeted mainly the big corporations. From now, the company will open call center 24 hours and 7 days under Direct Touch to respond the demand of the users and to receive suggestion from the customers to improve the service and demand for partners. The company this year sets the target to increase the revenue by 20 per cent. In addition, the company has two additional IT security business partners. They are Firemon, the Firewall solution, and Rapid 7, the solution to fix the loophole of OS network application and database. Mr. Nakrop added that the IT security business in 2013 would become more information-centric security solution. That is the system will no longer solely attach to the IT infrastructure or network-centric because the work behavior and business have changed. The customers want more flexibility and mobility in the operation. The users need to access to information at any place and any time. The organization equipment cannot follow the mobile equipment such as laptop or smart-phone including the onsite computer at airports, hotels and internet cafe. Therefore, IT security Policy is important especially when it is required to identify the user and the level of information access when the information has to be stored in Cloud Service both in public and private storage. These activities are all vulnerable to risks. We have to learn and find new techniques which is called Next Generation for applications including the equipment for the Network such as Firewall, IPS, Wireless LAN, IPAM and Applications such as Web Application Security, Message Security and Data such as Database Security, Access Control and Mobile Security.
