Photo Release: BIG to Celebrate Partnership with Ferro for the Success of First O2 VSA

Bangkok Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. (BIG), an affiliate of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., and Ferro Thailand, a subsidiary of Ferro Corp., have fostered their partnership to celebrate BIG’s first O2 VSA at Ferro plant in Saraburi province recently. Teamed up at the session are leaded by both executives, Mr. Matthias Bell, Ferro (Thailand) Managing Director, and Khun Piyabut Charuphen, BIG Managing Director. The longstanding relationship began as BIG has been awarded oxygen supply agreement for Ferro’s frit facility in 2005. Since then both companies have realized the value of partnership where synergy and collaboration is required to reinforce business efficiency. The development of Air Products’ modular bed O2 VSA has proved this as the equipment can offer specific energy savings while improving supply reliability. Becoming the largest industrial gas company in Thailand, BIG has grown its business with recognition of values from customers in Supply Reliability with the Best Supplier Awards from world-scale customers. The Environment, Health, and Safety value has been proven via the National Safety Award. Innovative Solution value aiming to enhance customers’ benefits is demonstrated by establishing Technology Center of Excellence.
