Seagate Technology (Thailand) Limited – the world’s leading hard disk drive manufacturer, collaborates with the Thai Robotics Society (TRS) and Department of Mechatronics, School of Engineering and Technology, Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in inviting you to attend the press conference on “BicyRobo Thailand Championship” and experience the demonstration of well-balanced as well as the autonomous movement of the unmanned bicycle robot.
The BicyRobo Thailand Championship will be hosted for the 2nd time in Thailand. Each team needs to design and develop the bicycle which can balance and steer a two-wheeled, unmanned, intelligent vehicle. The competition aims at encouraging Thai university students to use their creative skills and adapt the theoretical knowledge on robotics, automation and control engineering in building a bicycle robot. The team which is able to run the longest and fastest autonomously is the winner.
The press conference of the BicyRobo Thailand Championship will be hosted on Thursday, July 21 this year at 13.00 – 15.00 hrs. The venue is Room No. 144, 1st Floor, AIT Conference Centre, the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).
