On behalf of Shin Satellite Plc., we would like to cordially invite you as our guest to attend the THAICOM-4 (IPSTAR) Launch Reception Party on Monday, July 11th, 2005 from 12:00 to 3:30 p.m., at Thaicom Satellite Station, Rattanathibet Road, Nonthaburi, Thailand. The satellite is scheduled to be launched at 1:19 p.m. (Thailand Time). All guests and staff will be gathering at the main hall to witness the launch of THAICOM-4 (IPSTAR) via live-broadcasting from Arianespace’s Kourou Space Center, French Guiana. IPSTAR is the largest commercial satellite ever built and the first true broadband satellite in the world. The launch of the IPSTAR satellite will mean that 14 countries across the Asia-Pacific Region will have the opportunity to receive true broadband services without any geographical limitations. In addition, the launch of the satellite is the most important milestone of the IPSTAR project.
